Felipe Branco, MBA has a strong background in finance and corporate strategy. Felipe currently holds the position of Director of Financial Operations at Beringer Capital, where they are responsible for monitoring the financial and operational performance of various fund investments. Prior to their current role, Felipe served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Strategy at Absolute Interior from 2019 to 2022. Felipe successfully raised over $3 million in equity and $1.2 million in loans.
Prior to that, Felipe gained valuable experience as a Management Consultant at Business Integration Partners from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they advised a multinational retail corporation on restructuring its logistics operation in Brazil and developed a project management and internal strategy consulting team within the supply chain division. Felipe managed over 14 projects with budgets up to $35 million. Felipe also advised a leading Brazilian retail company on the reorganization of its Direct Sales Division and conducted strategy and financial viability analyses to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Earlier in their career, Felipe worked as an M&A Analyst at EP Capital from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they performed valuations of over 20 Brazilian middle-market companies across various industries and prepared presentation materials for client meetings. Felipe also attended high-level meetings to stimulate discussion and clarify valuation-related inquiries.
