Carolyn Kennedy

Carolyn Kennedy is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs. Currently serving as Senior Director - Learning and Development at Berkadia since January 2022, Carolyn has previously held significant roles at Comcast from May 2016 to January 2022, including Senior Program Manager for ULearn, where responsibilities included crafting onboarding strategies and collaborating with operational partners to enhance customer service training.
