Jerry Getant is a seasoned mortgage banker specializing in affordable housing, currently working at Berkadia since March 2021. In addition to this role, Jerry serves on the Board of Directors for HOPE Atlanta since May 2022 and is the Managing Principal at Getant Capital, LLC, a position held since February 2020. As the Founder and CEO of JD Getant Investments LLC since 2005, Jerry has built a strong foundation in real estate.
