John Sigeti is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate. Currently serving as Managing Director at Berkadia since March 2020, John also leads Sigeti Capital Markets as President, specializing in brokering first mortgages, mezzanine debt, and working capital for various businesses. Prior roles include Managing Director at M&T Realty Capital Corporation, where John contributed to commercial real estate financing, and Senior Vice President at Five Star Bank, where approximately $200 million in new loan production was generated. John has a strong foundation from M&T Bank, where over $350 million in construction loans were managed, and initial career experience at KPMG and GE. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
