Karen Fox

Karen Fox has extensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. Karen is currently working as an SVP at Berkadia, focusing on talent attraction and engagement. Prior to this, they worked as a VP of Talent Acquisition at Berkadia, where they led a team to fill various roles within the company.

Before their time at Berkadia, Karen served as the Chair of the President's Advisory Council at Holy Family University, where they advised on various aspects of the university's strategic plan. Karen also worked at Temple University as an Adjunct Faculty, teaching a professional development course for students.

Karen has also held leadership roles at Vanguard, where they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and had oversight of early talent sourcing and recruiting efforts. Additionally, they have served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Campus Philly and as a Board Member at MBA CSEA.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Genesis HealthCare as the Director of Recruitment Operations, where they introduced a new strategic recruitment services function and implemented successful advertising campaigns.
