Katy Hulac

Katy Hulac is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in affordable housing and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Real Estate Analyst for Berkadia since March 2022, Katy also holds the position of Associate Director of Real Estate at Urban Land Conservancy, a role commenced in January 2020. Previous positions include AVP at Alden Torch Financial from July 2015 to January 2020, Senior Portfolio Analyst at Hunt Companies between July 2014 and January 2020, Financial Analyst at AIMCO from February 2010 to 2014, and Financial Analyst at Mercy Housing from January 2009 to February 2010. Katy began the professional journey as an Underwriter at Signet Partners from 2006 to 2009. Katy holds a degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
