Ryan Neuharth

Ryan Neuharth is a versatile professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity Risk Management at Berkadia since May 2017, Ryan executes NIST Cybersecurity Framework assessments, monitors compliance with NIST 800-53 controls, and performs enterprise cyber risk assessments. Prior to this role, Ryan managed significant marketing projects at Berkadia, achieving a sixfold increase in production volume. Ryan's marketing expertise is further demonstrated through various roles at Invitation Homes, where a 99% leased rate was achieved under leadership, and other companies such as Meritage Homes and Ticket Exchange Inc. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.
