Will Walton

Will Walton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Partner, Managing Director, Director, Associate, and Analyst at Berkeley Capital Advisors since June 2015, Will has developed a strong expertise in investment sales and market research. Prior to this, Will was a Summer Analyst at Prudential Mortgage Capital, where loan sizing and original research on the Self Storage industry were key responsibilities. Will's career in finance began with an internship at Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2013, where assistance in the valuation of shopping centers and market analysis were prominent tasks. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Commercial Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2015.
