Rachel Knight

Rachel Knight has a diverse work experience history. Rachel started their career as a Server at Grumpy's, gaining valuable networking skills and financial support for their education. Rachel later interned at NBC News, where they learned about advertising and sales. Rachel also worked as an Account Executive & Client Marketing at Lake Murray Communications and as a Special Events Coordinator & Sales Associate at Spinner's Resort and Lake Club. In 2014, they joined Millenia Medical Staffing as a Travel Recruiter and later became the Housing Director. From 2016 to 2019, Rachel held the position of Director of Philanthropy at Trident Literacy Association, where they managed fundraising activities. Rachel also worked as a Catering Specialist at Jubilee Catering and a Club Member at Rotary. Currently, Rachel is the Tourism Director at Berkeley County (SC) Government, contributing to the development of the county's newest department.

Rachel Knight attended Lexington High School from 2005 to 2009. Rachel then pursued a degree in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at the University of South Carolina Aiken from 2009 to 2013.
