Tina Combs

Tina Combs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and leadership. Currently serving as a Career and Technical Education Teacher at Berkeley County Schools WV since August 2021, Tina previously held the position of President/CEO at the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce from May 2004 to August 2021. Additionally, Tina worked for the City of Winchester, Virginia Local Government from July 1986 to May 2004, where roles included Old Town Development Board Director and Administrative Assistant. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and has completed leadership training through Leadership WV in 2018, as well as earning a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the Institute for Organization Management - U.S. Chamber of Commerce between 2009 and 2012.
