Jackie Oberly

Jackie Oberly is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner and Executive Recruiter at Berkeley Lab since November 2018, Jackie focuses on executive recruitments for the organization. Previously, Jackie held multiple roles at ERM from May 1989 to November 2018, including North America Recruiting Director, where responsibilities included leading recruitment strategies across 60 offices, and managing a high-performing recruiting team. Other significant roles at ERM included Recruiting Director for the Western Division, Branch Manager, and Marketing Director/Partner, each contributing to a robust skill set in recruitment, operational management, and marketing. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
