Kevin Goodwin

Kevin Goodwin has extensive experience in health and safety, currently serving as the Health & Safety Operations Support Team Manager and EHS Manager-Facilities and Construction Support at Berkeley Lab since August 2015. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as an Industrial Safety Engineer and Industrial Hygienist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from August 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included providing industrial safety support and guidance. Kevin also served as Safety Director for GSE Construction Co., Inc., overseeing environmental, health, and safety management for construction contracts from September 2002 to August 2012. Kevin began a career in safety as a Safety Coordinator at Hendrix Transport Inc. from January 2001 to September 2002. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Columbia Southern University, along with a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Las Positas College.
