Nicole Pena

Nicole Pena is a seasoned event management professional with extensive experience in various roles related to event coordination and production. Currently serving as Building Manager at Berkeley Repertory Theatre since March 2023, Nicole previously held positions such as Events Representative at Filoli and Event Production Manager at Chabot Space & Science Center. Additional experience includes working with FEMA on COVID-19 response efforts and as a Special Event Coordinator at multiple venues, showcasing strong skills in client relations, logistics planning, and team management. Nicole earned a BA in Film and Digital Media with a minor in Theatre Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
