Paul T. Friedman

Paul T. Friedman has been working in the scenic arts industry for over 25 years. Paul began their career as an intern at Goodspeed Musicals, and later worked as a freelance scenic artist for various theater companies, including the Shakespeare Theatre Company, Center Stage, and the Berkeley Repertory Theatre. In 1998, they became the charge scenic artist at Glimmerglass Opera, where they worked for eight years. Paul then returned to freelancing for a few years before becoming the moderator of the Scenic Artists' Forum in 2007. In 2011, they became the program director for the Spindles and Flyers Handspinning Guild, and they currently serve as an advisor for the Berkeley Repertory Theatre.

Paul T. Friedman attended the Maryland Institute College of Art and Walt Whitman HS.
