Ben Nolan

Ben Nolan is a seasoned construction expert and leading authority in global construction disputes, currently serving as Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group LLC since July 2011. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Nolan has held senior leadership positions at Delta Consulting Group, Inc. and Marsh, and was a Principal at Arthur Andersen. A former Regional Director at PWC and Regional Vice President at High Point Rendel, Nolan has served as an expert witness in construction disputes. Prior to his consulting career, Nolan held various roles in construction companies from project superintendent to president and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, overseeing military construction projects. Nolan holds a BS in Applied Sciences and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
