Caroline Florence

Caroline Florence has built a solid career in consulting at Berkeley Research Group LLC, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate and currently serving as a Consultant since September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Platform Committee Member for the Washington and Lee Mock Convention from February 2019 to September 2020 and completing a summer internship with The Sustainability Institute in June and July 2018. Caroline also gained valuable experience as a Swim Instructor at Lakewood Country Club in Dallas, Texas, from 2012 to 2017. Academically, Caroline Florence holds a degree from Washington and Lee University, attended from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from Ursuline Academy of Dallas in 2016.
