Edward Sierzega

Edward Sierzega has extensive experience in tax and finance roles. Edward is currently the Vice President of Tax at Berkeley Research Group LLC since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MicroStrategy as the VP - Worldwide Tax from December 2009 to May 2020. In this role, they managed a global tax function with 30 legal entities and a 7-person tax department. Before MicroStrategy, they served as the Director of Tax at JLG Industries from September 2006 to January 2010 and at Blair Corporation from September 1998 to September 2006. Additionally, they worked at Ernst and Young as a Senior Manager - Tax from September 1989 to September 1998.

Edward Sierzega completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at West Virginia University from 1984 to 1988. Edward then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting/Tax at Case Western Reserve University from 1988 to 1989.
