Jason X. Yang

Jason X. Yang, M.A., M.Mus., holds extensive experience in international education and music. Currently serving as the Chair and Vice Chair of the China Mutual Interest Group at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since October 2022, Jason is also the Assistant Dean of International Student Support at the New England Conservatory of Music and has held multiple roles in admissions and international student advising at institutions such as Berklee College of Music, Babson College, Northeastern University, and Emerson College. In addition to an active career in education, Jason works as a realtor at Blue Ocean Realty Boston and teaches music at Brookline Chinese School. An accomplished educator, Jason has earned degrees from significant institutions, including a Doctor of Musical Arts from Boston University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
