Kathleen O'Connell

Kathleen O'Connell is a seasoned professional in enrollment management and admissions with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Senior Summer Programs Enrollment Manager at Berklee College of Music since April 2018, Kathleen oversees a team that provides customer service to over 3,000 prospective and registered pre-college students, while also advising more than 300 international students on immigration matters as a Designated School Official. Kathleen has a robust background as a Contract Admissions Reader, evaluating applications across various programs, and previously held roles at MathWorks and Berklee College of Music in recruitment and global initiatives. Additionally, Kathleen managed programs and client relations at LASPAU and has experience as a freelance translator, contributing to a diverse skill set that includes language proficiency and intercultural communication. Kathleen holds a B.A. in Spanish and International Relations from SUNY Geneseo and an M.A. in Anthropology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
