Maria Deforge

Maria Deforge, M.Ed., PMP, serves as the Senior Director for Project Management and Business Analysis at Berklee College of Music, having advanced through various leadership roles since January 2016. With extensive experience in project and program management, Maria has successfully managed teams and strategic initiatives within educational and corporate environments, including the merger of The Boston Conservatory with Berklee. Prior to Berklee, Maria held positions at Agero, Inc., and ISO Claims Partners, where significant contributions included establishing a Project Management Office and leading client implementations. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Salem State University.
