Matthew Frias

Matthew Frias possesses extensive experience in budgeting and faculty compensation, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Faculty Compensation & Budgeting at Berklee College of Music since June 2006, with a progression through various roles including Manager and Senior Budget Analyst. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Assistant Residence Director at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from August 2004 to May 2006, and worked as a Portfolio Accountant at State Street from June 2003 to August 2004. Matthew earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2006, and holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Mathematics, both from UMass Amherst, completed in 2003.
