Monika Milko

Monika Milko is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Budget and Financial Planning at Berklee College of Music, where responsibilities include leading the annual budget process and providing financial analysis for decision-making. Prior to this role, Monika worked at Bose Corporation for over 25 years, occupying various positions such as Financial and Business Advisor in IT Services and Global Business Services, and Controller for the Professional Systems Division, among others. Monika’s expertise spans financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business support across multiple sectors, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bryant University and an MBA in International Business from Bentley University.
