Natara Gray

Natara Gray currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Admissions, Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment at Berklee College of Music since October 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles in admissions and diversity outreach at Eastern Nazarene College and Babson College, as well as significant contributions to diversity and inclusion initiatives at Harvard Kennedy School, where Natara held positions as Assistant Director and Development Coordinator. Earlier experience at Bridgewater State University involved serving diverse student populations in the Center for Multicultural Affairs, and prior employment includes an office management role at Polar Beverages. Natara Gray earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bridgewater State University.
