Scott Runkle

Scott Runkle has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career at Shawmut Bank in 1990, where they worked as an Investment Representative, selling investment products and holding various licenses. Scott then joined MIT in 1995 as a Retirement Representative, providing retirement counseling services and assisting in the management of retirement plans. In 2000, Scott joined U.S. Trust as a Retirement Consultant before moving to Viacom in 2001. At Viacom, they held multiple roles including HR Manager, HR Director - MTVN Benefits, and Director - HR. Scott then worked at Avon Products as a Senior Manager from 2012 to 2016 before joining New Avon as a Senior Manager - Benefit Programs. Currently, Scott is the Director of Benefits at Berklee College of Music, a position they have held since 2018.

Scott Runkle obtained a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, which they attended from 1984 to 1988.
