Darlene Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Berkley Alliance Managers since June 2018, Darlene previously held the position of Operations Executive at OneBeacon Insurance Group, where leadership of over 100 personnel and the consolidation of operations units into a cohesive organization were notable achievements. Darlene's earlier roles included Operations Assistant Vice President at Chubb, overseeing specialty operations, and Operations Manager at CIGNA Property & Casualty, where a progression through various managerial positions in underwriting and claims support was established. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Integrated Communications at the University of Hartford.
