Tamara Tillman

Tamara Tillman, AIC, WCLS, currently serves as AVP of Workers' Compensation Claims at Berkley Environmental, leading the Workers Compensation Department since October 2020. With an extensive background in the insurance industry, Tamara has held significant roles including AVP Claims Manager at Chubb and Claims Technical Director at Great American Insurance, responsible for managing complex claims across numerous states. Tamara also has experience supervising a team of workers' compensation claim examiners at Chubb Insurance and began their career as a Claims Examiner at Atlantic Mutual. In addition to a successful career in insurance, Tamara has been an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics since 1998, focusing on enhancing women's lives through personalized skin care and cosmetics.
