Samantha Kiley, CPCU, CRM, CIC, ARM, AU-M, AU, currently serves as an Executive Portfolio Underwriter at Berkley Fire & Marine since September 2023, while also holding the position of AVP, Senior Middle Markets Underwriter at Zurich North America since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at West Bend Mutual Insurance, where Samantha worked from May 2006 to August 2022, progressing from Commercial Underwriter for Large Accounts to Underwriting Consultant, and ultimately serving as the Commercial Lines Product Manager. Samantha's expertise lies in underwriting and servicing large accounts in Wisconsin and Illinois, with a focus on analyzing account exposure, trending loss history, and implementing service action plans for organizational improvement. Samantha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from Lubar College of Business and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Marquette University.
