Cindy Taylor Ipma-Scp

Cindy Taylor is currently the Executive Manager Human Resource Services at The Berkley Group. Before that, Cindy served as the Advisor to the Board at Virginia Chapter IPMA-HR. Cindy also worked as a Performance Consultant at Chesterfield County, where Cindy focused on improving individual and organizational performance. At the City of Richmond, Cindy held the positions of Employee Relations Administrator and Employee Relations Manager/Employment Services Manager, where Cindy developed and implemented employee relations programs and conducted workforce audits. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
