Cody Wagner has extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Human Resources, with a strong track record of building and implementing effective DEI strategies in various organizations. At C.H. Robinson, Cody served as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, overseeing the global DEI strategy and managing a team and budget. Previously, as Principal Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Manager at a Fortune organization, Cody established a comprehensive DEI program. At Ameriprise Financial Services, Cody managed 13 diversity employee resource groups, and at Buffalo Wild Wings, contributed significantly to human resources by creating change management plans and conducting high-risk investigations.
