Kurtis Rogers is a planner with experience in historical preservation, genealogical research, and community engagement. Kurtis holds a Master of Arts in Historic Preservation and Conservation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a degree in History with a focus on Public/Applied History from Western Carolina University.
