Jennifer Hardester's work experience begins in 1996 as an Associate Attorney at Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C., handling medical malpractice and aviation product liability cases. In 2006, they worked as the Director of Claims Management at Edward Hospital, developing a self-insured claims management program and overseeing claim files with potential exposure of over $10 million. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Director of Legal Services at BJC HealthCare, managing over 200 malpractice files and assisting with various legal and operational issues. In 2017, Jennifer joined STL Med Law, LLC as a Healthcare Litigation Consultant, offering counsel on medical malpractice cases and utilizing their expertise in hospital issues and regulations. Most recently, they became the Vice President of Claims at Berkley Healthcare in November 2020.
Jennifer Hardester completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a major in English from an unspecified institution in the years 1989 to 1993. Subsequently, they attended Saint Louis University School of Law from 1993 to 1996, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a Health Law Certificate.
