Amy Klatt

Amy Klatt serves as the Senior Vice President of Captives and Programs Claims at Skyward Specialty Insurance, a position held since July 2019. With a strong background in claims management, Amy oversees all Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Auto claims for captive programs and has previously held roles such as Vice President and Managing Director within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Southeast Claims Manager and East Coast Branch Manager at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies, where leadership over teams and multi-jurisdictional claims was key. Earlier roles at Gallagher Bassett and Travelers provided foundational experience in managing complex Workers Compensation claims and establishing a reputation for effective claim resolution. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from National University.
