Charles Clemmons

Charles Clemmons, CCP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in claims adjustment and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at Berkley Industrial Comp since August 2019, Charles specializes in Federal Black Lung and Employer’s Liability claims, alongside Power BI model and dashboard design. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Analyst and Resolution Specialist, where similar responsibilities in Power BI and claims adjustment were held. Prior to Berkley, Charles worked at UK HealthCare as a Nurse Residency Data Analyst, focusing on data analysis for nursing staff development.
