Mileidy Perez

Mileidy Perez currently serves as Vice President of Liability Claims at Berkley Luxury Group, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Mileidy held the role of Senior Claims Counsel at The Navigators Group, Inc. from November 2018 to April 2024. Prior experience includes Vice President of Casualty Environmental Claims for Europe, Middle East and Africa at AIG and Complex Director of Environmental Claims at the Office of the Attorney General in New Jersey. As a Deputy Attorney General, legal counsel was provided to various regulatory agencies, along with litigation in administrative and civil matters. Early career experience included serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Hon. Joseph C. Cassini III in Essex County, New Jersey. Mileidy Perez earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice and Political Science from Rutgers University.
