Donna Nies, CPCU, currently serves as a Senior Underwriter at Berkley Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group, effectively managing an $11 million commercial lines book in Pennsylvania and Ohio since August 2022. Prior to this role, Donna accumulated extensive experience at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, where the positions included Underwriting Director for Commercial Lines and System Support Analyst II. In the Underwriting Director role, Donna managed a profitable $11 million underwriting territory in Northeast Ohio, mentored new underwriters, and negotiated renewal terms with agency partners. Donna holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
