David Ran

David Ran has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David started their career in 1995 as a Radio Host at Dalian Radio International. In 1997, they became the Founder and Managing Director at Tongli Newtech Development. From 2000 to 2003, they founded and worked as a Partner at Lingsi Technologies. David then joined Capital One as a Senior Analyst, where they performed customer segmentation, strategy fulfillment, and financial analysis. In 2007, they became a Senior Product Analyst at Progressive. Following that, they founded DQR Analytics in 2010. David'snext role was as an Assistant Product Manager at Mercury Insurance from 2011 to 2014. David then joined AIG as AVP Portfolio Strategies until 2016. In 2016, they became the Data & Analytics Director at State Auto Insurance. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Product Management at Berkley One, a W.R. Berkley Company since 2017.

David Ran completed their BA degree in English for Science and Technology at Dalian University of Technology from 1992 to 1996. David then pursued an MBA/MSM-OR degree in Consulting, Operations Research, and Management Info Systems at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2003 to 2005.
