Robert Blair

Robert Blair currently serves as Group Controller at Berkley One since August 2018. Previous experience includes Director of Financial Operations at IFG Companies from August 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities involved managing the annual quarterly planning process. At MBIA, spanning from January 1999 to May 2015, Robert held various roles including Director of Corporate Financial Reporting, Director of Insurance Accounting and Statutory Reporting, and VP of Corporate Accounting and SEC Reporting, overseeing significant financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities. Prior to MBIA, Robert was Accounting Supervisor at The Educational Alliance from 1995 to 1999 and worked as a Staff Accountant at Saks Fifth Avenue from 1992 to 1995. Robert holds a BS degree in Accounting and Political Science from the University of Scranton, earned between 1986 and 1991.
