Senior Vice President - Field Operations at Berkley Surety

Todd Fraaken has diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Todd started their career in 2000 as a Team Lead for Claims at Nationwide Agribusiness. In 2002, they transitioned to Allied Insurance, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, Todd served as a Team Leader at Berkley Technology Services. Todd then joined Berkley Surety in 2008, initially as a Director of Information Technology before being promoted to Vice President and later to Senior Vice President. In their current role as Senior Vice President, Todd is responsible for field operations and contract underwriting strategy, as well as building bench strength and succession planning. Todd also holds the positions of Chief Engagement Officer and Chief Information Officer, leading various operations departments and driving innovation and employee engagement initiatives across Berkley Surety.

Todd Fraaken completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Finance from Grand View University from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2000 to 2004.
