Amy MacIejewski

Amy Maciejewski is a seasoned Senior UX Researcher and Designer with extensive experience in leading UX research and design initiatives across various organizations. Currently at W. R. Berkley Corporation since October 2023, Amy previously held the same title at WTW from December 2022 to October 2023, and at Flipdish from July 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included establishing research functions for product design teams. At Pramerica, Amy contributed as a UX Researcher and Designer between April 2019 and July 2021, managing multiple research projects and serving as the lead for PGIM. Earlier roles include UX Developer and Designer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, with significant involvement in usability testing and content structure improvements. Amy initiated a professional journey as a UX/IT Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and a UX Design Intern at the Niagara Foundation. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in User Experience from DePaul University, earned in 2017.
