Jeff Utoft is currently the Regional Sales Manager - Captive Division at Berkley Accident and Health. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Business Development Manager at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, an Executive Director of Claims at Reinsurance Group of America, and in various other roles in the insurance industry. With a background in claim management, cost containment, risk management, and continuous improvement, Jeff has a strong foundation in the insurance industry.
