John began their career in the surety industry as a Senior Underwriter at Amwest Surety Insurance Company from September 1997 to March 1999. John then moved to American International Group (AIG) from January 1996 to September 1997 where they worked as an Underwriter - Surety.

Melissa Goto is the President of Technology North America at [Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions](/org/intact-insurance-specialty-solutions). Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Melissa has a proven track record of success in underwriting, marketing, business development, and producer management. 

Prior to joining Intact Insurance, Melissa was the Vice President of North American Commercial Insurance at [Chubb](/org/chubb). In this role, they were responsible for the profit, growth and fostering of internal and external relationships of a book spread across four states. Melissa also managed and oversaw underwriting staff, and was accountable for the Technology, Life Sciences, and Middle Market P&C underwriting operation and results for all Commercial Insurance lines of business. 

At [Chubb](/org/chubb), Melissa was also responsible for hiring, retention, performance management, compensation and technical training and coaching and development for multi-line underwriting staff. Additionally, they had direct P&L responsibility (premium, profitability, growth, retention, and expense plans/results) for middle market P&C and middle market professional lines. Furthermore, they oversaw business and budget planning for all business produced within their territory. 

Before [Chubb](/org/chubb), Melissa held various positions of increasing responsibility at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Zurich American Insurance Company.

Jenny Larsson is the current Chief Information Officer for [Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions](/org/intact-insurance-specialty-solutions). Jenny has also previously held the position of Chief Information Officer for Avida Finans AB and Director of Information Technology for GE Capital. 

Larsson has been praised for their ability to turn around poor track records and simplify processes. Jenny was instrumental in the largest restructuring in GE’s history - the sale of GE Capital - overseeing the IT divestiture which affected +30 businesses and $50B ENI. The transition was smooth and collaboration with the buyer teams was excellent. 

Now at Intact Insurance, Jenny Larsson is using their skills and experience to drive business agendas and shape the future through digital solutions.
