Connor Jones, CPCU

Connor Jones, CPCU has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Connor started their career at Markel in 2018 as an Account Executive. From August 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Sales Manager for Georgia/Alabama region. Later, from January 2021 to May 2022, they held the position of Business Development Specialist.

In May 2022, Connor joined Berkley Aspire (a Berkley Company) as a Senior Underwriter. After a few months, they got promoted to the position of Business Development Underwriter in October 2022. Through their roles at both Markel and Berkley Aspire, Connor has gained expertise in underwriting, sales management, and business development.

Connor Jones, CPCU, holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from the University of Central Florida from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes in December 2021, the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) certification from The Institutes in September 2019, and the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) certification from The Institutes in May 2019. Connor also holds a Customer Service Representative License from the Florida Department of Financial Services, which they obtained in May 2017. Furthermore, they have received the Life and Health (Annuities and Variable contracts) certification from the Florida Department of Financial Services in December 2016. Lastly, they obtained a Captains license from the U.S. Coast Guard in April 2014.
