Kristen Dougherty

Kristen Dougherty is currently the Vice President at BerkOne, Inc. Prior to their current role, Kristen was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2005 to April 2008. In this role, Kristen developed business strategies for C-level executives in the consumer products, financial services and media & entertainment industries with the goal of growing revenue and increasing profitability. Kristen also helped drive the implementation of some of these strategies, resulting in significant savings.

Before their time at Bain & Company, Kristen was a Continuous Improvement & Process Engineer at Air Products & Chemicals from June 2000 to June 2003. In this role, Kristen utilized tools like Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Process Mapping to identify and implement improvement opportunities within different business units of the company. These improvements streamlined processes, reduced turnaround times and resulted in savings to the bottom line. While in this role, Kristen also trained other employees so they could utilize these tools on their own.

Kristen has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that result in increased revenue and profitability. Kristen is also experienced in leading and managing teams of employees. Kristen's experience in continuous improvement and process engineering has led to significant operational efficiencies and savings for their previous employers.
