Adam Cohen’s practice focuses on tax planning and compliance for closely held companies in a wide range of industries. He dedicates a portion of his practice to clients in the not-for-profit sector, including public charities, personal and family foundations, hospitals and other service providers. Cohen has experience assisting clients in navigating the complexities of Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance.
