Julie Kirsch

Julie Kirsch, CPTM, serves as the Director of Talent Development at Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors + CPAs, where leadership in the assessment of organizational needs and performance takes center stage. With over 23 years of expertise in talent development and a focus on enhancing human potential, Julie previously held the position of Director of Training and Development at Calibre CPA Group, where core talent development processes were created and implemented. Prior roles include Director of Learning and Development at CohnReznick, as well as instructional design positions at Manugistics, AMS, and RMH Teleservices. Julie holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in English from Rowan University.
