Meghann Morgan

Meghann Morgan (Belford) has over a decade of experience in talent management and property operations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Woodmont Properties since November 2016, Meghann has held various roles including Learning and Development Specialist, Regional Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Property Manager. Prior experience includes positions at AvalonBay Communities from March 2011 to November 2016, where titles included Sales and Service Supervisor and Senior Community Consultant. Earlier career roles featured Leasing Manager at Edgewood Properties, Sales Coordinator at Cool-O-Matic, and Administrator positions at RE/MAX and ERA Van Syckel, Weaver & Lyte. Meghann holds a degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
