Cheryl Wall has extensive experience in case management and client advocacy, currently serving as a Housing Case Manager and Program Assistant at Berks Counseling Center since August 2016. In addition, Cheryl has been a Life Insurance Agent at Transamerica, Monumental Life since May 2012, where responsibilities include insuring clients against unforeseen situations. Previous roles include Guardian Case Manager at Neighborhood Services from September 2007 to June 2011, focusing on client protection and advocacy, and House Manager at Gaudenzia (Vantage House) from April 2002 to March 2006. Cheryl earned a Bachelor's degree in Divinity from Christian Leaders Institute (2015-2017) and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from HACC (2003-2007).

Berks Counseling Center (BCC) is a recovery oriented behavioral health and supportive services non-profit organization located in Reading, PA with offices in Phoenixville, PA at the Chester Counseling Center (CCC).
