Erica Agosto has a diverse work experience in human resources. Erica began their career at Arrow International, Inc. in 1999, where they held various roles including HR Admin Assistant, Health & Safety Admin Assistant, Help Desk Technician, and Data/Computer Operator. Erica returned to Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2016. Erica then became an HR Benefits Specialist at Penn National Gaming from 2016 to 2017. Erica'smost recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Berks Counseling Center, which they started in 2017.
