Berks Schuylkill Respiratory Specialists (BSRS) was founded in 1980. Since then, BSRS has evolved into a highly sophisticated medical practice caring for patients in the areas of Pulmonary Medicine, Asthma, Sleep and Research. An additional 100 employees support our providers, an on-site six-bed sleep center, and three on-site pulmonary functiontesting (PFT) labs. BSRS serves patients in Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon, and Eastern Lebanon Counties. BSRS covers the Pulmonary Departments and the Intensive Care Units at Reading Hospital - Tower Health System and St. Joseph's Hospital - Penn State Hershey, providing care 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
