Josh Marlowe

Josh Marlowe is an experienced professional in project and development management, currently serving as the Director of Development at Berkshire Axis Development since August 2019. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Senior Project and Development Manager at Berkshire Axis Development and Senior Project Manager at Fieldgate Properties from November 2016 to July 2019. Josh began a career in project management at Camrost-Felcorp Inc. as a Project Manager from September 2013 to November 2016, contributing to the Imperial Plaza lands project. Early career experiences include roles at Crown Property Management Inc. as a Development Analyst, Colliers International Canada as a Summer Research Intern, and Richardson GMP Limited as a Summer Intern. Josh holds an Honours Geography degree in Urban Development from Western University, a Commercial Real Estate Certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University, and a Real Estate Sales Representative qualification from OREA.
